Relative mRNA expression levels of Lc3 at different developmental stages in ICSI, NT and PA analyzed by qRT PCR. mRNA expression at the meiosis II (M II) stage was arbitrarily set as onefold. Fold differences in the mRNA expression from equivalent numbers of two-cell (2C), four-cell (4C), eight-cell (8C), morula (MO), early blastocyst (EB) and blastocyst (BL) stage embryos are shown after normalisation against the internal standard H2afz and Hprt1. Data are presented as the mean ± s.e.m. of three separate experiments.
