C. Schematic diagram of current and future studies. In this study, we showed that miR-145 could reach xenografted tumors by intravesical injection and have anti-tumor effects in our mouse model. We are comparing the anti-tumor effects between BCG and miR-145 in our mouse model now and plan to begin a clinical phase-one trial by using this system in the near future.
