(A) The Western blotting experiment indicated that p65 overexpression stimulated the p65 nuclear accumulation, and partially rescue the translocation of p65 from the 50 nM ROC-A inhibition; (B) The luciferase assay demonstrated that p65 overexpression stimulated NF-κB transcriptional activity, and partially rescued the NF-κB activity from 50 nM ROC-A inhibition.
