Notes: Products released from C5-b by the Trichoderma enzyme were reductively aminated with 2-aminonaphthaline trisulfonic acid and separated by electrophoresis on acrylamide gels. A series of commercial laminarioligosaccharide (β-1,3-Glc_2–5 and Glc) and that of cellooligosaccharide (β-1,4-Glc_2–5 and Glc) were used in β-1,3-Glc ladder and β-1,4-Glc ladder markers, respectively. Product A corresponding to laminaribiose and B to Glc are indicated.
