(a) The effect of IL-1β pre-treatment on the mRNA production of CXCL1, 2, and 8 induced by IL-1β re-stimulation. HMC cells, pre-treated with the indicated concentrations of IL-1β for 24 h, were re-stimulated with 5 ng/ml IL-1β for 1 h. The mRNA levels of CXCL1, 2, and 8 were detected by qRT-PCR.
