Activity of mesothelin targeting RITs on mesothelioma patient cells. Cells cultured from the pleural fluid or ascites of four mesothelioma patients (A) NCI-Meso16, (B) NCI-Meso19, (C) NCI-Meso21, and (D) NCI-Meso29) were treated with increasing concentrations of RITs.
