(a) Experimental design. Following adoptive transfer of naïve P14 cells, mice were infected with LCMV (2 × 105 PFU). Mice were given a 2° infection with 5 × 106 CFU Att LM (LM −Ag) or Att LM-GP33 (LM +Ag) >30 days later. (b) Bacterial CFUs in the spleen at the indicated times post 2° infection.
