The silkworm Fuc-T C3 cDNA (NCBI number AB551654) is coded by seven exons in the Fuc-T C3 gene, spanning approximately 10 kb (NCBI number AB551655) on the genome. These exons encode amino acid residues 1-60, 61-110, 111-190, 191-257, 258-335, 336-392, and 393-450, respectively. Four genomic contigs (NCBI numbers AADK01016505, AADK01011744, BAAB01183527, and BAAB01005915) were aligned to the genomic DNA sequence of silkworm Fuc-T C3.
