Effect of hypoxia on expression levels of P-gp, MRP1 and LRP mRNA inHBX-HepG2 cells. qRT-PCR assay was conducted on HBx-HepG2 cells pre-incubated for 48 h in normoxic (21 % O2) or hypoxic (5 % O2, 3 % O2, or 1 % O2) to measure the expression levels of a P-gp, b MRP1 and c LRP mRNA.
