In each case the right hand y-axis only applies to the dashed line. The first three Trinity assemblies were de novo assemblies using Dataset 1 with (50 k) and without (75 k) CuffFly, and using Dataset 2 (df). The last two Trinity assemblies represent reference guided assemblies using Dataset 1 (gg) and Dataset 2 (dfgg). For Velvet/Oases and SOAPdenovo-Trans, the numbers indicated the k-mer value used. ORF = open reading frame
