(a) The van der Waals surface (shown in green surface) of the fungicide and the amino acid G142 of the wild type were sunken, indicating that the steric hindrance was small. (b,c) show that green van der Waals surface was raised, indicating an increase in steric hindrance with the mutations G142A and G142S. The fungicides (and color codes) are: azoxystrobin (magenta), SYP-1620 (green), ZJ0712 (yellow), and SYP-2815 (orange).
