Human neutrophils were incubated with dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), (A) PFE (3 and 10 μg/ml), (B) PP2 (1 μM), or (C) LFM-A13 (10 μM) before stimulation with fMLF (0.1 μM). Phosphorylated Vav and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) were detected by immunoblotting. Representative images from one of four independent experiments are shown.
