Some of the as2-101 leaves 6 were cut to allow flat imaging. For this reason, the number of free ending points NEP found by phenoVein was increased inadvertently by the cut veins. These cases were corrected manually by subtracting the undesired ending points. The complete data set containing the results of phenoVein are listed in Supplemental Table S1.
