(B) Wild-type, pib2∆ mutant, and gtr1∆ mutant strains were prestained with FM4-64, exposed to tunicamycin for 2 h (right) or up to 2 h (left), and imaged by fluorescence microscopy, and then 200 cells were scored as having either 1 or 2 (large) vacuoles or >3 vacuoles.
