Comparison of the clinical symptoms of uveitis in external rabbit eye structures as a sum of the scores for eyelid edema, conjunctival hyperemia, and corneal edema in the acute phase of the uveitis. The data from three series of experiments were analyzed, each experiment including 5 animals (10 eyes) in each group: control, placebo, SOD1-treated, and SOD1 nanozyme-treated group. Thus, n = 30 for each group. The scores were estimated as degrees of manifestations of clinical symptoms of the disease: 0: no symptom; 1: low degree of manifestation; 2: medium degree; 3: strong degree.
