Correlation between N-Tyr and Hb concentration in rat hippocampus. (A) Hb and N-Tyr concentrations were measured by ELISA in hippocampus of rats fed high-fat (HFD, full squares) or control (CD, open squares) diet for 12 weeks. The statistical program Graph Pad Prism 5.01 performed the regression analysis and the calculation of P (CD, r = 0.815, p = 0.014; HFD, r = 0.837, p = 0.038). (B) Hb and N-Tyr concentrations were measured by ELISA in hippocampus of rats fed high-fat (HFD, full triangles) or control (CD, open triangles) diet for 24 weeks. The statistical program Graph Pad Prism 5.01 performed the regression analysis and the calculation of P (CD, r = 0.855, p = 0.014; HFD, r = 0.786, p = 0.036).
