The left part of the image displays the crystal structure with different views. On the right side, a comparison between the crystal structures of Ba0.6Sr0.4Zn2Si2O7 and HT-BaZn2Si2O7 is displayed. The blue spheres are the Ba2+ and Sr2+ ions inside the Ba0.6Sr0.4Zn2Si2O7 phase. In the case of BaZn2Si2O7, the blue balls only describe the positions of Ba2+.
