rFel d 1 was pre-incubated with rabbit IgG antibodies raised against Al(OH)₃-adsorbed rFel d 1 or rFel d 1 MF or the corresponding rabbit pre-immune sera (pre) and then exposed to sera from 21 allergic patients. Two rabbits per allergen were immunized. Shown are OD values corresponding to bound IgE antibodies and the percentages of inhibition of IgE binding.
