Wee1 inhibition abrogates G2 phase. (A) FUCCI-MDA-MB-231 or FUCCI-SKOV3 cells were treated with 4 μM MK-1775 and/or 1 μM Cdk2 inhibitor SU-9516 and were subsequently imaged every 7 min for 62 h.
