(A) Four-day survival assay of Ras-V12-transformed Tp53^−/−, Cdk2^−/−, or Tp53^−/− MEFs treated with MK-1775 (500 nM) or DMSO. After 4 d of treatment, cells were fixed, stained with crystal violet solution, and photographed.
