Phenotypes of FB1-treated wild-type, ctr1-1, ein2 ctr1-1, and ein2 plants. (A) The wild-type, ctr1-1, ein2 ctr1-1, and ein2 seeds were germinated on 1/2x MS with or without 0.5 μM FB1. Photos were taken after 8 days of treatment. (B) Quantitation of the phenotypes in (A). Seedlings with cotyledon bleaching were scored as having a severe phenotype. The data represent means of three independent experiments. At least 40 seeds of each sample were used in each experiment. Data are means ± SD (n = 3) and sets marked with different letters indicate significances assessed by Student–Newman–Keul test (P < 0.05).
