*Australian 5-year Cardiovascular Risk based on Framingham Risk Equations modified for the Australian Population which take into account smoking status, blood pressure, lipids, age, gender, diabetes status and Aboriginality.37 Bold indicates a statistical significant difference (p<0.05) between the amount of change from baseline to follow up in the intervention compared with the control group.
