The underlay is the SWI, coregistered, and resampled to the EPI space. Voxels within the mask gained from the segmented SWI are yellow, voxels from the graph clustering mask that are within the SWI mask are red, voxels from the graph clustering mask that do not overlap with the SWI mask are blue. Note how the SWI segmentation mask tends to be rather unspecific to veins in regions with susceptibility-related low signal intensities of different origin, most notably in the basal ganglia due to their high iron levels.
