TMEM45A siRNA down-regulated the expression of cell cycle related and invasion related genes in glioma cells. Protein and mRNA levels of cell cycle related-genes (CyclinD1, CDK4 and PCNA) and invasion related-genes (MMP-2 and MMP-9) in U251 and U373 cells were detected.
