Percentages of germination and viability of Col-0 seeds stored for 63 weeks at various RHs at 10 °C, 15 °C, 20 °C, and 25 °C
Germination assays were carried out at 25 °C for 7 d on gibberellic acid solution (GA3 10–4 M), on water in the presence of ethylene (200 ppm), or after a stratification treatment of seeds at 4 °C for 2 d. The viability of seeds was assessed using tetrazolium chloride. Means ± SD of triplicate experiments.
