(A) The invasiveness of PEG10-silenced primary chorionic villous cells (CVC) was assessed by Matrigel Transwell assay. (B-E) The expression of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in PEG10-silenced primary CVC was examined by real-time PCR and Western blotting. (F) The enzymatic activities of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were measured by gelatin zymography.
