Dose-dependent Inhibition of Wnt3a-induced β-catenin signaling by the identified compounds. 3T3 cells were treated with Wnt3a. A–E, dose response curves of the inhibitory effect on Wnt/β-catenin signaling with five compounds: 3235-0367 (A), 1094-0205 (B), 2124-0331 (C), NSC36784 (D), and NSC654259 (E). The Wnt activity was normalized against the cells treated with empty vehicle (same amount of DMSO). The IC50 value of each compound is summarized in Table 1.
