Native SOD1 and cl-nanozyme were labeled using 125I before incubation with mouse plasma for 24 h at 4 °C. The plasma was then centrifuged to separate thrombus and serum. The percentage of radioactivity in the thrombus compartment was calculated as described in the methods section. BSA and fibrinogen were also labeled and used in parallel as negative and positive controls. Data were analyzed using unpaired Student’s t-test and are presented as mean ± SEM (n=4 or 5). Statistical significance is defined as P<0.05, and indicated by n.s. (not significant) or **** (P<0.0001).
