PAK4 expression analysis in pancreatic cancer stem cells (CD44+/CD24+/EpCAM+) and non-CSCs (CD44−/CD24−/EpCAM−). (A) Pancreatic cancer stem cells (CSCs) were isolated from PAK4 expressing MiaPaCa and T3M4 PC parent cells on the basis of triple positive and negative CD24, CD44, and EpCAM surface markers using flow-cytometry. (B) PAK4 expression was analyzed in pancreatic CSCs (CD44+/CD24+/EpCAM+) and non-CSCs (CD44−/CD24−/EpCAM−) by immunoblot assay using PAK4 specific antibody. β-actin was used as an internal control.
