Heterogeneity of myeloid cell populations in X. laevis larvae: macrophage-like cells project lamellipodia in the direction of movement. Transmitted light video (30 min time lapse) at the ventral fin of a mpeg1:GFP transgenic Xenopus larva showing macrophage-like cell migration within the tissue.
