Tracing myeloid cell migration: macrophage-like cell. Macrophage engulfs a necrotic/apoptotic GFP+ granulocyte near the wound site at the bottom of the video. Time-lapse of myeloid behavior at the wound site 24 h after wounding in the fin of a lurp:GFP/mpeg1:Cherry double transgenic Xenopus larva.
