Myeloid cells migrate preferentially towards the wound site after injury. 0.3 mm biopsy punch assay in the fin of a lurp:GFP transgenic Xenopus larva. The movie reflects 9 h of cell migration starting 15 min after injury located at the bottom of the movie. 5 confocal planes (Z-stack) were taken each 2 min, flattened down and projected as a continuous time-lapse.
