FREE1 protein level was not changed in sof18 and sof30 with DEX, showing that they are RNAi-related mutants. Reduced FREE1 protein level was detected in sof220 and sof641 mutants, showing that they are FREE1-related mutants. Antibodies against the protein cFBPase served as loading control.
