Possible ovulation was assumed if the cycle monitor had displayed the symbol for likelihood of ovulation or if a progesterone value of greater than 6 ng/ml occurred in the luteal phase. Certain ovulation was defined if both criteria were fulfilled. Anovulation was assumed if neither criterion had been fulfilled.
