The elution peak of molecular sizing markers thyroglobulin (660 kDa), ferritin (450 kDa), catalase (250 kDa) and BSA (66.4 kDa) are indicated (b) The catalytic mutant of hVPS4B (E235Q) and mutants thereof were separated on a Superose 6 column at a concentration of 100 μM and in the presence of 1 mM ATP and 5 mM MgCl₂, which induces hexamer formation. The elution positions of marker proteins are indicated.
