The aligned primary sequences are shown for toxins for which the affinities for both Kv1.2 and Kv1.3 channels were determined. Toxins were classified as Kv1.2-selective, non-selective or Kv1.3-selective based on the ratio of the determined Kd values for the two channels. The positions of the two mutations (N17A and F32T) are indicated in the table in bold.
