They are colored according to the scoring scheme used: SC1 in orange, SC2 in purple and SC3 in cyan. They were automatically chosen by iJET2 clustering algorithm (full procedure). The residues detected by both scoring schemes are colored in cyan (SC3). VORFFIP predictions are colored in dark green.
