3D SQ/DQ/SQ spectrum of L-His·HCl·H2O obtained at 1020 MHz under 60 kHz MAS. 16 t1 and t2 increments, 8 scans, and a 6 s recycle delay were used (total experimental time = 13.65 hrs.). A 3.73 ms fp-RFDR mixing was utilized for magnetization exchange, and the BABA-XY16 sequence with 133.3 μs was used for excitation/reconversion.
