Table 1.

Progeny from Wnt1Cre;Eng+/− or Pax3Cre;Eng+/− crosses with EngLoxP/LoxP mice.

Genotype Positive/Total (%)
Tg(Wnt1-Cre);EngLoxP/+ 21/63 (33.3%)
Eng LoxP/+ 16/63 (25%)
Eng LoxP/− 10/63 (15.9%)
Tg(Wnt1-Cre);EngLoxP/− 16/63 (25.4%)
Pax3Cre/+;EngLoxP/+ 13/40 (32.5%)
Eng LoxP/+ 16/40 (40%)
Eng LoxP/− 11/40 (27.5%)
Pax3Cre/+;EngLoxP/− *0/40 (0%)

Wnt1Cre;Eng+/− were crossed with EngLoxP/LoxP mice and 10 litters (63 mice) were analyzed.

Pax3Cre;Eng+/− were crossed with EngLoxP/LoxP mice and 9 litters (40 mice) were analyzed. If mice are viable, expected outcome is 25% of each of 4 genotypes.
