Glial fibrillary acidic protein content is altered in offspring born to LPS-treated dams. Cortical or hippocampal slices from PND 30 (A,B, respectively) and PND 60 Wistar rats, prenatally exposed to LPS (C,D, respectively); GFAP was measured by ELISA.
