Fig. 4 — Mantel test for correlation between the pairwise genetic distance and the geographic distance matrix. Regression analysis of pairwise genetic distance (F_ST/ 1- F_ST) regressed on pairwise geographic distance (Km) between collection sites revealed a significant positive correlation (r² = 0.607, mantel probability = 0.0079 (P < 0.05)
