Effects of calycosin on the generation of bone resorption pits. (a) BMMs were cultured with indicated dose of calycosin in the presence of M-CSF (20 ng/mL) and RANKL (20 ng/mL) on Corning Osteo Assay Surface 24 well plates. After six days, cells were removed using 5% sodium hypochlorite and staining by Von Kossa method with modified; and (b) the areas were quantified by Image J.
