Effects of calycosin on the activation of NF-κB by RANKL. BMMs were pretreated with the indicated dose of calycosin or DMSO (vehicle) for 20 min, then RANKL (20 ng/mL) was added for 30 min. (a) The effects of calycosin on the degradation of IкB-α; and (b) the effects of calycosin on the phosphorylation levels of NF-κB p65 subunit. The relative quantification of target proteins was calculated by comparison of the bands density levels between samples.
