Inhibition of the 26S proteasome enhances transcript expression of death receptors with combination of radiation in tumor cells. Following the treatments, adherent cells were harvested, RNA was extracted and cDNA was generated. Data was quantified using qRT-PCR with primers and probes specific for DR4, DR5 or Fas coding regions and the obtained data were normalized to housekeeping gene HPRT1 expression.
