PCB 102 increases MCF-7/BOS breast cancer cell proliferation. MCF-7/BOS cells were treated with varying concentrations of PCB 102 (1, 2.5, 5, and 10 μM) for 72 hours. Cell numbers were determined by hemocytometer and expressed as a percentage of the DMSO control (set at 100%). Values are expressed as mean ± SE (n = 3). Significance of differences between means: ∗ P < 0.05, ∗∗ P < 0.001 compared to DMSO control.
