EGCG suppresses PCB 102-induced cell proliferation. MCF-7/BOS cells were treated with 5 μM PCB 102 alone and in the presence of EGCG (10–50 μM) for 72 hours. Cell numbers were determined by hemocytometer and expressed as a percentage of the DMSO control (set at 100%).
