(A) One month after the last exposure to various stress conditions a group of mice was re-exposed to the social interaction test (n=12). ES and PS exposure significantly reduced the time the mice spent interacting when compared to CON-exposed mice (p<0.05). (B) A different group of mice was exposed to CON, ES, or PS conditions, and anxiety-like behavior was assessed one month after the last defeat session using the EPM (n=8).
