Effects of berberine and sirtinol treatment on oxidative stress in MI/R-injured heart. Normal SD rats were exposed to BBR treatment (200 mg/kg/d for 2 weeks) in the absence or presence of sirtinol (Stnl, 2 mg/kg/d for 1 week) and then subjected to myocardial ischemia reperfusion (MI/R) operation.
