Residues showing CSPs higher than the threshold (indicated by the dotted lines) are considered as involved in binding. Lys20 broadens out during the titration and is indicated by *. The CSP of His18 is truncated except for dp2 and actual CSPs are 0.39, 0.43 and 0.36 ppm for dp14, dp8 and dp4 respectively.
