Enhanced secretion of select cytokines by human B lymphoblasts lacking functional p40phox upon Toll‐like receptor 7 (TLR7) or TLR9 activation. AR and ARp40 cell lines were treated with R848, CpG and/or PMA as described in the Materials and methods. After 24 hr, cell culture supernatants were harvested and screened for interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) (a), IL‐10 (b), and tumour necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α) (c) by ELISA. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM from four independent experiments.
